XEROLITHOS Natural Living

Andreas and Maria are wonderful. The property is in a quiet location and only 15 mins from town. A car is necessary but its worth staying at a location like this to explore the real Naxian Greek villages. The property is new, clean, and beautifully decorated as traditional sugar cube greek island cottage.The hot tub was refreshing after a long day of exploring.The patio was perfect for coffee and snacks. The units have a small fridge ideal for drinks and sandwiches to enjoy on the patio.

very clean, they clean everyday and bring new towels. big spaces nicely decorated. ideally they could have breakfast but the owners offered us a variety of local products each day.

Wonderful welcoming hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was just as advertised (unlike some places we have stayed). Very clean, very classy and a great central location to explore the island from. Amazing views from every direction. The private jacuzzi was perfect and hit the spot after a long day of hiking around.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Both the place and the hospitality from Andreas and Mary were exceptional. The house is beautiful, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Can’t wait to be back!

We are visiting different islands. First we look for some apartments near de habor. But then we saw this apartment passing by. It was a lovely apartment with a beautiful view. The hosts were really kind and caring! After a long day visiting villages or hiking it was lovely to take a bath at night with the stars above you!! If we are planning another trip to this island we will definitely come back. Such a wonderful place. Stayed 3 nights in April 2023

These beautiful and super stylish villas, surrounded by astonishing nature are just the beginning of your stay in Xerolithos. Every detail of this unique place simply amazed us, combining both great interior design taste and love for nature. Although the island is full of picturesque spots and beaches, we hardly wanted to leave this little paradise Mary and Andreas had brought to life. Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. The location is very quite and private with amazing mountain view. The design of the Villa is minimalistically stylish and clean.We’re extremely happy to spend our vacation here. Also, my boyfriend(now fiancé) proposed to me when we were having the breakfast in the backyard. It made our stay more meaningful and unforgettable. Andreas and Mary were very friendly and warm like family. We love this place, and it’s a perfect romantic and relaxing getaway spot ;)

This is a superb place for everyone in search of serenity in nature. Naxos is beautiful island and Xerolithos is the pinnacle of accommodation for relaxing moments overlooking nature's grandeur.
