Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos 

But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others.

Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing.

I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Both the place and the hospitality from Andreas and Mary were exceptional. The house is beautiful, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge!

Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights.

We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

We spent three days in this amazing location and we didn't want to go away. It's a little paradise in the beautiful Island of Naxos. The suite Is well appointed, you can find all the necessary for your relax and stay.

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation. Everything was very clean, well decorated and the jacuzzi made it possible to relax in the evening watching the stars. The location of the accommodation (central on the island) is ideal for exploring Naxos (mountain, villages and beaches).

The location is very quite and private with amazing mountain view. The design of the Villa is minimalistically stylish and clean.
We’re extremely happy to spend our vacation here. Also, my boyfriend(now fiancé) proposed to me when we were having the breakfast in the backyard. It made our stay more meaningful and unforgettable.

Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!

The place looks even better as on the pictures and everything is perfect like out of a magazine. The view on the mountains is amazing and sitting in the jacuzzi with this view or at night and looking to the stars is breathtaking. I’m still overwhelmed about this experience because our stay and the island was so perfect!

If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you.

The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed.

Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!

It was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at – thank you so much! The place is sparkling clean, as if you were the first guest to enter it.

Everything is thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. A beautiful terrace completes the whole package with a hot tub – overlooking the starry sky. No corners were cut here, and you can tell.

The hosie is inland, with beautiful scenery and view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated in cyclades style. Very peaceful but close to best beaches and town 15-20min ride. You need a car. Beautiful villages nearby… Naxos at its best authentic way.

Hosts are beyond amazing. Very polite, always available, but not imposing. We are definitely coming back!

We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful welcoming hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was just as advertised (unlike some places we have stayed). Very clean, very classy and a great central location to explore the island from. Amazing views from every direction.

The private jacuzzi was perfect and hit the spot after a long day of hiking around.

I‘m so amazed, i‘m writing this while still here! Andreas and Maria are incredibly kind and warmhearted hosts who made us feel at home from the very first moment.  My wife, our 3 year old daughter, and i felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.  The accommodation is beautifully designed in an authentic Greek style and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so, perfect for anyone looking turn his head off. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so having a car is definitely a must, but the streets up to here are okay so it’s absolutely worth it. We would come back in a heartbeat!

First of all, hosts Andreas and Marry are truly warm hearted and welcoming people. The accommodation is set in a perfect location between the Naxian mountains and the sea, surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. The whole areal has a beautiful Greek style, the view from the terrace is magnificent and also breakfast is available at a very reasonable price. It’s an ideal place for families looking for peace and authenticity.

My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.

First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.

The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).

Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.

Don't waste your time looking for anything else! A paradise in Naxos! Apartments finely crafted by the owners with care and love. Tranquility, privacy and a breathtaking view from the frame. Highly appreciated the hot tub in the garden. Andreas and Mary are two very kind hosts. Highly recommended

very clean, they clean everyday and bring new towels. big spaces nicely decorated. ideally they could have breakfast but the owners offered us a variety of local products each day.

Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Awesome accommodation in the middle of the nature with an authentic Cycladic design, big terrace with hot tube surrounded by a stunning mountain view, the best you can wish for your stay. Incredible welcoming owners, it was a real pleasure to have almost daily a short talk with them about the life on the island and places to see or go. For sure, we will come back.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Top location (close to all villages), amazing breakfast with fresh products, very comfortable beds and in general the place is spotless and amazing - even better than the photos. The garden is beautiful with a very luxurious hot tub -if you want to avoid crowded beaches or you simply want to relax in the evening. You have plenty of privacy and the owners, Mr Andreas and Ms Mary, are the kindest people. The treated us like family, they gave us useful tips and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay at Xerolithos Natural Living again!!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Xerolithos Natural Living during my recent trip, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, and my room was impeccably maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They provided excellent local recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Location was ideal. Nestled in a peaceful place, it offered a serene escape while still being conveniently close to the city's attractions and to the beaches.

Excellent location to discover Naxos Island in all its variety: to the beaches or to the mountains, to Naxos Chora town center or to the charming, authentic villages like Chalki or Filoti, everything is very close and reachable within some minutes by car. This quiet spot, harmonically designed in the middle of nature, is a harbor of peace. And when after a great day of discovery you return to relax on your terrace or in the jacuzzi surrounded by olive trees and herbs with smell of Mediterranean perfumes you enjoy the great view over the fields with the mountains turning orange in the sunset. The hosts Andreas and Mary are wonderful persons warmly welcoming you with their heart and a smile. We are particularly grateful for their extreme flexibility and willingness to help when receiving us on very short notice late in the evening as we had a problem without our initial travel plans. We felt so well there, that we decided to stay longer and remained at this place until the rest of our vacation.

This is a superb place for everyone in search of serenity in nature. Naxos is beautiful island and Xerolithos is the pinnacle of accommodation for relaxing moments overlooking nature's grandeur. Impeccably clean - gleaming! Andreas and Maria's property is outside the busier/crowded part of Naxos had all that we needed and more. Property is surrounded by fields and tucked into the mountains yet was not difficult to get to. Andreas and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful and ready to provide us with anything we needed during our stay. Especially enjoyed the private porch with hot tub. Far worse things than relaxing in the hot tub and gazing into the Naxos mountains around us! Many thanks, Maria and Andreas!

This property was the cutest and the coziest place we have stayed at during this whole trip and we have done a lot of apartments and hotels the past month. Andreas and Mary were wonderful hosts and helped us with everything we needed. They gave us great recommendations to beaches and things to do and sorted out a vehicle for us aswell. The hot tub and the fruit from the garden was a nice touch to the experience. We would love to come back again to the beautiful place.
