What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island!
The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation.
Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home.
The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.
In short: highly recommended. This place is a hidden gem not to be missed!

De accommodatie is idyllisch gelegen, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.
Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.
Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Kortom: een absolute aanrader.
We are visiting different islands. First we look for some apartments near de habor. But then we saw this apartment passing by. It was a lovely apartment with a beautiful view. The hosts were really kind and caring! After a long day visiting villages or hiking it was lovely to take a bath at night with the stars above you!! If we are planning another trip to this island we will definitely come back. Such a wonderful place.

This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece.
If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece.
Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos.

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.
Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.
Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.
Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.
I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was in a perfect location, right between the villages and the beaches, which made it very easy to explore Naxos. The hosts were incredible – so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos
But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others.
Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing.
I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge!
Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights.
We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

The location is very quite and private with amazing mountain view. The design of the Villa is minimalistically stylish and clean.
We’re extremely happy to spend our vacation here. Also, my boyfriend(now fiancé) proposed to me when we were having the breakfast in the backyard. It made our stay more meaningful and unforgettable.

The property is very well designed, amazing herbal garden and the place indoors is just perfectly made! It feels much bigger that in the pictures and every detail is just very thought through!

Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!

The place looks even better as on the pictures and everything is perfect like out of a magazine. The view on the mountains is amazing and sitting in the jacuzzi with this view or at night and looking to the stars is breathtaking. I’m still overwhelmed about this experience because our stay and the island was so perfect!
If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you.
The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed.
Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!

Everything is thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. A beautiful terrace completes the whole package with a hot tub – overlooking the starry sky. No corners were cut here, and you can tell.

The hosie is inland, with beautiful scenery and view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated in cyclades style. Very peaceful but close to best beaches and town 15-20min ride. You need a car. Beautiful villages nearby… Naxos at its best authentic way.
Hosts are beyond amazing. Very polite, always available, but not imposing. We are definitely coming back!

We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. I‘m so amazed, i‘m writing this while still here! Andreas and Maria are incredibly kind and warmhearted hosts who made us feel at home from the very first moment. My wife, our 3 year old daughter, and i felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The accommodation is beautifully designed in an authentic Greek style and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so, perfect for anyone looking turn his head off. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so having a car is definitely a must, but the streets up to here are okay so it’s absolutely worth it. We would come back in a heartbeat!

First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.
Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.
The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).
Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.
