Rate notes : The price includes VAT and City tax, Government tax is not included / payable at the accommodation.

Payment policy : 30% deposit non-refundable will be charged any time after the booking is made. The deposit of 30% will not be refunded in case of any cancelation or modification. (see our Plan your vacation with confidence policy)

Cancellation policy : No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply. The deposit of 30% will not be refunded in case of any cancelation or modification.

For cancelation-modification made up to 21 days prior the arrival, the charged deposit is considered as cancellation fees and will not be refunded.

For any cancelation-modification that takes place 20-15 days prior the arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

For any cancelation-modification that takes place 14-8 days prior the arrival, 75% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

For any cancelation-modification that takes place 7 days prior the arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of non-show, or departure prior the agreed and confirmed departure date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Non-Refundable Rate

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
