In case of non-show, or departure prior the agreed and confirmed departure date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellation policy : No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply. The deposit of 100% will not be refunded in case of any cancellation or modification. In case of non-show, or departure prior the agreed and confirmed departure date,100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment policy : Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
Cancellation policy : Free cancellation until 40 days before arrival at 06:00 pm (local property time).
The guest can cancel free of charge until 40 days before arrival at 06:00 pm (local property time).
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 40 days before arrival.
In case of a non-valid Credit card, we will contact you to update your payment details. If a valid card is not provided within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
