very clean, they clean everyday and bring new towels. big spaces nicely decorated. ideally they could have breakfast but the owners offered us a variety of local products each day.

Impeccably clean - gleaming! Andreas and Maria's property is outside the busier/crowded part of Naxos had all that we needed and more. Property is surrounded by fields and tucked into the mountains yet was not difficult to get to. Andreas and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful and ready to provide us with anything we needed during our stay. Especially enjoyed the private porch with hot tub. Far worse things than relaxing in the hot tub and gazing into the Naxos mountains around us! Many thanks, Maria and Andreas!

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

Everything! Location, design, hosts! The hosie is inland, with beautiful scenery and view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated in cyclades style. Very peaceful but close to best beaches and town 15-20min ride. You need a car. Beautiful villages nearby… Naxos at its best authentic way. Hosts are beyond amazing. Very polite, always available, but not imposing. We are definitely coming back!

It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. Wonderful welcoming hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was just as advertised (unlike some places we have stayed). Very clean, very classy and a great central location to explore the island from. Amazing views from every direction. The private jacuzzi was perfect and hit the spot after a long day of hiking around.
