Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. Wat een fantastische plek op een verrassend charmant eiland! De accommodatie is idyllisch gelegen, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

This property was the cutest and the coziest place we have stayed at during this whole trip and we have done a lot of apartments and hotels the past month. Andreas and Mary were wonderful hosts and helped us with everything we needed. They gave us great recommendations to beaches and things to do and sorted out a vehicle for us aswell. The hot tub and the fruit from the garden was a nice touch to the experience. We would love to come back again to the beautiful place.

We spent three days in this amazing location and we didn't want to go away. It's a little paradise in the beautiful Island of Naxos. The suite Is well appointed, you can find all the necessary for your relax and stay. The hosts are really kind and welcoming and ready to help for everything you need. I highly recommend this accomodation!

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation. Everything was very clean, well decorated and the jacuzzi made it possible to relax in the evening watching the stars. The location of the accommodation (central on the island) is ideal for exploring Naxos (mountain, villages and beaches).The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Both the place and the hospitality from Andreas and Mary were exceptional. The house is beautiful, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again.
