Andreas and Maria are wonderful. The property is in a quiet location and only 15 mins from town. A car is necessary but its worth staying at a location like this to explore the real Naxian Greek villages. The property is new, clean, and beautifully decorated as traditional sugar cube greek island cottage.The hot tub was refreshing after a long day of exploring.The patio was perfect for coffee and snacks. The units have a small fridge ideal for drinks and sandwiches to enjoy on the patio.

Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. Wat een fantastische plek op een verrassend charmant eiland! De accommodatie is idyllisch gelegen, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. Wow, what a sweet and wonderful experience we had at Xerolithos! Andreas and Maria were the sweetest hosts that did everything they could to give us the best experience. We left as good friends and can’t wait to return. Best lodging experience we have ever had!!!

Awesome accommodation in the middle of the nature with an authentic Cycladic design, big terrace with hot tube surrounded by a stunning mountain view, the best you can wish for your stay. Incredible welcoming owners, it was a real pleasure to have almost daily a short talk with them about the life on the island and places to see or go. For sure, we will come back.

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Can’t wait to be back!
