XEROLITHOS Natural Living

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!

  Such lovely hosts! You feel like being with family! Very kids friendly as well. The property is very well designed, amazing herbal garden and the place indoors is just perfectly made! It feels much bigger that in the pictures and every detail is just very thought through! The bed and sheets are one of the must comfortable we ever experienced and the entire place is stunningly clean!Enjoy the breakfast offer: it ist just amazing to sit outside with a great panoramic view to the mountains and morning sun with fresh baked things from the local bakery and a lovely set table.Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!

Wow, what a sweet and wonderful experience we had at Xerolithos! Andreas and Maria were the sweetest hosts that did everything they could to give us the best experience. We left as good friends and can’t wait to return. Best lodging experience we have ever had!!!

Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. This is a superb place for everyone in search of serenity in nature. Naxos is beautiful island and Xerolithos is the pinnacle of accommodation for relaxing moments overlooking nature's grandeur. Amazing hospitality, authentic tastes at breakfast and a thumbs up to sustainability celebrated here. Looking forward to coming again for more days!!!

very clean, they clean everyday and bring new towels. big spaces nicely decorated. ideally they could have breakfast but the owners offered us a variety of local products each day.

The property was amazing, nestled in the mountains with just pure silence and making your experience there totally stress free!!!! Waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and at night a magnificent sunset, when you arrive Maria and her husband Andreas greet you with open arms and smiles that will make you feel right at home immediately!!!!!! It was just magic. One of the best places I have ever stayed. The owners Mary and Andreas will make you feel like at home.The place, the equipments, the view and the hospitality were amazing. Highly recommended.
