Mary and her husband Andreas are really great people who have a PERFECT place to stay. It was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at – thank you so much! The place is sparkling clean, as if you were the first guest to enter it. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. A beautiful terrace completes the whole package with a hot tub – overlooking the starry sky. No corners were cut here, and you can tell. Everything is of very high quality! We wish Mary and Andreas all the best for the future and thank them again for their hospitality and helpfulness.There is no other accommodation for us on Naxos.

Xerolithos Natural Living is a true gem in Naxos – peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by stunning scenery. The rooms are spotless and stylish, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Perfect balance of authenticity and comfort – we can’t wait to return!

  Such lovely hosts! You feel like being with family! Very kids friendly as well. The property is very well designed, amazing herbal garden and the place indoors is just perfectly made! It feels much bigger that in the pictures and every detail is just very thought through! The bed and sheets are one of the must comfortable we ever experienced and the entire place is stunningly clean!Enjoy the breakfast offer: it ist just amazing to sit outside with a great panoramic view to the mountains and morning sun with fresh baked things from the local bakery and a lovely set table.Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!

The location is very quite and private with amazing mountain view. The design of the Villa is minimalistically stylish and clean.We’re extremely happy to spend our vacation here. Also, my boyfriend(now fiancé) proposed to me when we were having the breakfast in the backyard. It made our stay more meaningful and unforgettable. Andreas and Mary were very friendly and warm like family. We love this place, and it’s a perfect romantic and relaxing getaway spot ;)

We are visiting different islands. First we look for some apartments near de habor. But then we saw this apartment passing by. It was a lovely apartment with a beautiful view. The hosts were really kind and caring! After a long day visiting villages or hiking it was lovely to take a bath at night with the stars above you!! If we are planning another trip to this island we will definitely come back. Such a wonderful place. Stayed 3 nights in April 2023

My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. I‘m so amazed, i‘m writing this while still here! Andreas and Maria are incredibly kind and warmhearted hosts who made us feel at home from the very first moment.  My wife, our 3 year old daughter, and i felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.  The accommodation is beautifully designed in an authentic Greek style and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so, perfect for anyone looking turn his head off. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so having a car is definitely a must, but the streets up to here are okay so it’s absolutely worth it. We would come back in a heartbeat! We spent 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation. Everything was very clean, well decorated and the jacuzzi made it possible to relax in the evening watching the stars. The location of the accommodation (central on the island) is ideal for exploring Naxos (mountain, villages and beaches).The owners are very welcoming and helpful.
