Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. Great place to spend a few days on the island of Naxos. In addition to being comfortable and modern, the hotel is run by an extremely friendly couple.I highly recommend it to escape the lively activity that reigns in Naxos itself.

I‘m so amazed, i‘m writing this while still here! Andreas and Maria are incredibly kind and warmhearted hosts who made us feel at home from the very first moment.  My wife, our 3 year old daughter, and i felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.  The accommodation is beautifully designed in an authentic Greek style and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so, perfect for anyone looking turn his head off. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so having a car is definitely a must, but the streets up to here are okay so it’s absolutely worth it. We would come back in a heartbeat! Our short trip to Naxos was made unique thanks to this accommodation and their extremely warm and hospitable owners, Andreas and Mairy. We love being in Greece in August. But we also seek relaxation in a peaceful environment with Cycladic style. The exterior and interior design shows how much passion and dedication was put into making the Xerolithos a modern destination with a traditional touch. We enjoyed many evenings with a glass of wine on our lovely terrace, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We also appreciated its location and its proximity to both north and south beautiful Naxos villages and beaches. Another important aspect for our family is that Xerolithos has an excellent price/quality ratio, hard to find nowadays in Greece. Needless to say ... highly recommended all year round ! We would love to come back to discover the numerous well-marked walking traits around this location.

Excellent location to discover Naxos Island in all its variety: to the beaches or to the mountains, to Naxos Chora town center or to the charming, authentic villages like Chalki or Filoti, everything is very close and reachable within some minutes by car. This quiet spot, harmonically designed in the middle of nature, is a harbor of peace. And when after a great day of discovery you return to relax on your terrace or in the jacuzzi surrounded by olive trees and herbs with smell of Mediterranean perfumes you enjoy the great view over the fields with the mountains turning orange in the sunset. The hosts Andreas and Mary are wonderful persons warmly welcoming you with their heart and a smile. We are particularly grateful for their extreme flexibility and willingness to help when receiving us on very short notice late in the evening as we had a problem without our initial travel plans. We felt so well there, that we decided to stay longer and remained at this place until the rest of our vacation.

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos.
