Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. Marys and Andreas place is outstanding, breathtaking and just wonderful! Best Airbnb I’ve ever had! We had such a lovely welcome and they showed us their beautiful garden, which smells amazing. They also gave us the best food recommendation and for surroundings. Honestly it felt like family :) The place looks even better as on the pictures and everything is perfect like out of a magazine. The view on the mountains is amazing and sitting in the jacuzzi with this view or at night and looking to the stars is breathtaking. I’m still overwhelmed about this experience because our stay and the island was so perfect!

Excellent location to discover Naxos Island in all its variety: to the beaches or to the mountains, to Naxos Chora town center or to the charming, authentic villages like Chalki or Filoti, everything is very close and reachable within some minutes by car. This quiet spot, harmonically designed in the middle of nature, is a harbor of peace. And when after a great day of discovery you return to relax on your terrace or in the jacuzzi surrounded by olive trees and herbs with smell of Mediterranean perfumes you enjoy the great view over the fields with the mountains turning orange in the sunset. The hosts Andreas and Mary are wonderful persons warmly welcoming you with their heart and a smile. We are particularly grateful for their extreme flexibility and willingness to help when receiving us on very short notice late in the evening as we had a problem without our initial travel plans. We felt so well there, that we decided to stay longer and remained at this place until the rest of our vacation.

Exceptional Everything was perfect

We spent three days in this amazing location and we didn't want to go away. It's a little paradise in the beautiful Island of Naxos. The suite Is well appointed, you can find all the necessary for your relax and stay. The hosts are really kind and welcoming and ready to help for everything you need. I highly recommend this accomodation!

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!

Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended.
