Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Can’t wait to be back!

First of all, hosts Andreas and Marry are truly warm hearted and welcoming people. The accommodation is set in a perfect location between the Naxian mountains and the sea, surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. The whole areal has a beautiful Greek style, the view from the terrace is magnificent and also breakfast is available at a very reasonable price. It’s an ideal place for families looking for peace and authenticity.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Top location (close to all villages), amazing breakfast with fresh products, very comfortable beds and in general the place is spotless and amazing - even better than the photos. The garden is beautiful with a very luxurious hot tub -if you want to avoid crowded beaches or you simply want to relax in the evening. You have plenty of privacy and the owners, Mr Andreas and Ms Mary, are the kindest people. The treated us like family, they gave us useful tips and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay at Xerolithos Natural Living again!!

Excellent location to discover Naxos Island in all its variety: to the beaches or to the mountains, to Naxos Chora town center or to the charming, authentic villages like Chalki or Filoti, everything is very close and reachable within some minutes by car. This quiet spot, harmonically designed in the middle of nature, is a harbor of peace. And when after a great day of discovery you return to relax on your terrace or in the jacuzzi surrounded by olive trees and herbs with smell of Mediterranean perfumes you enjoy the great view over the fields with the mountains turning orange in the sunset. The hosts Andreas and Mary are wonderful persons warmly welcoming you with their heart and a smile. We are particularly grateful for their extreme flexibility and willingness to help when receiving us on very short notice late in the evening as we had a problem without our initial travel plans. We felt so well there, that we decided to stay longer and remained at this place until the rest of our vacation.

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Both the place and the hospitality from Andreas and Mary were exceptional. The house is beautiful, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
