Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. Andreas and Maria are wonderful. The property is in a quiet location and only 15 mins from town. A car is necessary but its worth staying at a location like this to explore the real Naxian Greek villages. The property is new, clean, and beautifully decorated as traditional sugar cube greek island cottage.The hot tub was refreshing after a long day of exploring.The patio was perfect for coffee and snacks. The units have a small fridge ideal for drinks and sandwiches to enjoy on the patio.

Xerolithos Natural Living is a true gem in Naxos – peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by stunning scenery. The rooms are spotless and stylish, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Perfect balance of authenticity and comfort – we can’t wait to return!

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

The property was amazing, nestled in the mountains with just pure silence and making your experience there totally stress free!!!! Waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and at night a magnificent sunset, when you arrive Maria and her husband Andreas greet you with open arms and smiles that will make you feel right at home immediately!!!!!! Wat een fantastische plek op een verrassend charmant eiland! De accommodatie is idyllisch gelegen, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Can’t wait to be back!

The location is very quite and private with amazing mountain view. The design of the Villa is minimalistically stylish and clean.We’re extremely happy to spend our vacation here. Also, my boyfriend(now fiancé) proposed to me when we were having the breakfast in the backyard. It made our stay more meaningful and unforgettable. Andreas and Mary were very friendly and warm like family. We love this place, and it’s a perfect romantic and relaxing getaway spot ;)

Great place to spend a few days on the island of Naxos. In addition to being comfortable and modern, the hotel is run by an extremely friendly couple.I highly recommend it to escape the lively activity that reigns in Naxos itself.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Both the place and the hospitality from Andreas and Mary were exceptional. The house is beautiful, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
