This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos. The property was amazing, nestled in the mountains with just pure silence and making your experience there totally stress free!!!! Waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and at night a magnificent sunset, when you arrive Maria and her husband Andreas greet you with open arms and smiles that will make you feel right at home immediately!!!!!! Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was in a perfect location, right between the villages and the beaches, which made it very easy to explore Naxos. The hosts were incredible – so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Exceptional Everything was perfect

Andreas and Maria are wonderful. The property is in a quiet location and only 15 mins from town. A car is necessary but its worth staying at a location like this to explore the real Naxian Greek villages. The property is new, clean, and beautifully decorated as traditional sugar cube greek island cottage.The hot tub was refreshing after a long day of exploring.The patio was perfect for coffee and snacks. The units have a small fridge ideal for drinks and sandwiches to enjoy on the patio.

very clean, they clean everyday and bring new towels. big spaces nicely decorated. ideally they could have breakfast but the owners offered us a variety of local products each day.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Top location (close to all villages), amazing breakfast with fresh products, very comfortable beds and in general the place is spotless and amazing - even better than the photos. The garden is beautiful with a very luxurious hot tub -if you want to avoid crowded beaches or you simply want to relax in the evening. You have plenty of privacy and the owners, Mr Andreas and Ms Mary, are the kindest people. The treated us like family, they gave us useful tips and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay at Xerolithos Natural Living again!!

Great place to spend a few days on the island of Naxos. In addition to being comfortable and modern, the hotel is run by an extremely friendly couple.I highly recommend it to escape the lively activity that reigns in Naxos itself.

Our short trip to Naxos was made unique thanks to this accommodation and their extremely warm and hospitable owners, Andreas and Mairy. We love being in Greece in August. But we also seek relaxation in a peaceful environment with Cycladic style. The exterior and interior design shows how much passion and dedication was put into making the Xerolithos a modern destination with a traditional touch. We enjoyed many evenings with a glass of wine on our lovely terrace, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We also appreciated its location and its proximity to both north and south beautiful Naxos villages and beaches. Another important aspect for our family is that Xerolithos has an excellent price/quality ratio, hard to find nowadays in Greece. Needless to say ... highly recommended all year round ! We would love to come back to discover the numerous well-marked walking traits around this location.
