If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you. The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed. Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!

Andreas and Maria are wonderful. The property is in a quiet location and only 15 mins from town. A car is necessary but its worth staying at a location like this to explore the real Naxian Greek villages. The property is new, clean, and beautifully decorated as traditional sugar cube greek island cottage.The hot tub was refreshing after a long day of exploring.The patio was perfect for coffee and snacks. The units have a small fridge ideal for drinks and sandwiches to enjoy on the patio.

Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. This is a superb place for everyone in search of serenity in nature. Naxos is beautiful island and Xerolithos is the pinnacle of accommodation for relaxing moments overlooking nature's grandeur. Amazing hospitality, authentic tastes at breakfast and a thumbs up to sustainability celebrated here. Looking forward to coming again for more days!!!

Our short trip to Naxos was made unique thanks to this accommodation and their extremely warm and hospitable owners, Andreas and Mairy. We love being in Greece in August. But we also seek relaxation in a peaceful environment with Cycladic style. The exterior and interior design shows how much passion and dedication was put into making the Xerolithos a modern destination with a traditional touch. We enjoyed many evenings with a glass of wine on our lovely terrace, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We also appreciated its location and its proximity to both north and south beautiful Naxos villages and beaches. Another important aspect for our family is that Xerolithos has an excellent price/quality ratio, hard to find nowadays in Greece. Needless to say ... highly recommended all year round ! We would love to come back to discover the numerous well-marked walking traits around this location.

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

Everything! Location, design, hosts! The hosie is inland, with beautiful scenery and view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated in cyclades style. Very peaceful but close to best beaches and town 15-20min ride. You need a car. Beautiful villages nearby… Naxos at its best authentic way. Hosts are beyond amazing. Very polite, always available, but not imposing. We are definitely coming back!
