XEROLITHOS Natural Living

We stayed there for 7 nights. Top location (close to all villages), amazing breakfast with fresh products, very comfortable beds and in general the place is spotless and amazing - even better than the photos. The garden is beautiful with a very luxurious hot tub -if you want to avoid crowded beaches or you simply want to relax in the evening. You have plenty of privacy and the owners, Mr Andreas and Ms Mary, are the kindest people. The treated us like family, they gave us useful tips and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay at Xerolithos Natural Living again!!

Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Can’t wait to be back!

My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!  

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

This is a superb place for everyone in search of serenity in nature. Naxos is beautiful island and Xerolithos is the pinnacle of accommodation for relaxing moments overlooking nature's grandeur. Amazing hospitality, authentic tastes at breakfast and a thumbs up to sustainability celebrated here. Looking forward to coming again for more days!!!

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you. The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed. Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!

  Such lovely hosts! You feel like being with family! Very kids friendly as well. The property is very well designed, amazing herbal garden and the place indoors is just perfectly made! It feels much bigger that in the pictures and every detail is just very thought through! The bed and sheets are one of the must comfortable we ever experienced and the entire place is stunningly clean!Enjoy the breakfast offer: it ist just amazing to sit outside with a great panoramic view to the mountains and morning sun with fresh baked things from the local bakery and a lovely set table.Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!
