Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Mary and her husband Andreas are really great people who have a PERFECT place to stay. It was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at – thank you so much! The place is sparkling clean, as if you were the first guest to enter it. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. A beautiful terrace completes the whole package with a hot tub – overlooking the starry sky. No corners were cut here, and you can tell. Everything is of very high quality! We wish Mary and Andreas all the best for the future and thank them again for their hospitality and helpfulness.There is no other accommodation for us on Naxos.

My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. Wonderful welcoming hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was just as advertised (unlike some places we have stayed). Very clean, very classy and a great central location to explore the island from. Amazing views from every direction. The private jacuzzi was perfect and hit the spot after a long day of hiking around.

Don't waste your time looking for anything else! A paradise in Naxos! Apartments finely crafted by the owners with care and love. Tranquility, privacy and a breathtaking view from the frame. Highly appreciated the hot tub in the garden. Andreas and Mary are two very kind hosts. Highly recommended

Our short trip to Naxos was made unique thanks to this accommodation and their extremely warm and hospitable owners, Andreas and Mairy. We love being in Greece in August. But we also seek relaxation in a peaceful environment with Cycladic style. The exterior and interior design shows how much passion and dedication was put into making the Xerolithos a modern destination with a traditional touch. We enjoyed many evenings with a glass of wine on our lovely terrace, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We also appreciated its location and its proximity to both north and south beautiful Naxos villages and beaches. Another important aspect for our family is that Xerolithos has an excellent price/quality ratio, hard to find nowadays in Greece. Needless to say ... highly recommended all year round ! We would love to come back to discover the numerous well-marked walking traits around this location.

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

Impeccably clean - gleaming! Andreas and Maria's property is outside the busier/crowded part of Naxos had all that we needed and more. Property is surrounded by fields and tucked into the mountains yet was not difficult to get to. Andreas and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful and ready to provide us with anything we needed during our stay. Especially enjoyed the private porch with hot tub. Far worse things than relaxing in the hot tub and gazing into the Naxos mountains around us! Many thanks, Maria and Andreas!
