Impeccably clean - gleaming! Andreas and Maria's property is outside the busier/crowded part of Naxos had all that we needed and more. Property is surrounded by fields and tucked into the mountains yet was not difficult to get to. Andreas and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful and ready to provide us with anything we needed during our stay. Especially enjoyed the private porch with hot tub. Far worse things than relaxing in the hot tub and gazing into the Naxos mountains around us! Many thanks, Maria and Andreas!

We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. First of all, hosts Andreas and Marry are truly warm hearted and welcoming people. The accommodation is set in a perfect location between the Naxian mountains and the sea, surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. The whole areal has a beautiful Greek style, the view from the terrace is magnificent and also breakfast is available at a very reasonable price. It’s an ideal place for families looking for peace and authenticity.

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. Wonderful welcoming hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was just as advertised (unlike some places we have stayed). Very clean, very classy and a great central location to explore the island from. Amazing views from every direction. The private jacuzzi was perfect and hit the spot after a long day of hiking around.

Exceptional Everything was perfect

I‘m so amazed, i‘m writing this while still here! Andreas and Maria are incredibly kind and warmhearted hosts who made us feel at home from the very first moment.  My wife, our 3 year old daughter, and i felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.  The accommodation is beautifully designed in an authentic Greek style and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so, perfect for anyone looking turn his head off. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so having a car is definitely a must, but the streets up to here are okay so it’s absolutely worth it. We would come back in a heartbeat! We stayed for the second time at Xerolithos Natural Living. Maria and Andreas welcomed us very well and we felt at home.The accommodation Phos was very clean and comfortable as during our first stay, tastefully furnished and well equipped thanks to Maria who makes every effort to make everything perfect. An ideal place for a relaxing and stress-free holiday. Breakfast was delicious with good fresh bread and served daily on our terrace.Maria and Andreas are wonderful hosts, exceptional kindness and availability.
