The location is very quite and private with amazing mountain view. The design of the Villa is minimalistically stylish and clean.We’re extremely happy to spend our vacation here. Also, my boyfriend(now fiancé) proposed to me when we were having the breakfast in the backyard. It made our stay more meaningful and unforgettable. Andreas and Mary were very friendly and warm like family. We love this place, and it’s a perfect romantic and relaxing getaway spot ;)

Awesome accommodation in the middle of the nature with an authentic Cycladic design, big terrace with hot tube surrounded by a stunning mountain view, the best you can wish for your stay. Incredible welcoming owners, it was a real pleasure to have almost daily a short talk with them about the life on the island and places to see or go. For sure, we will come back.

Great place to spend a few days on the island of Naxos. In addition to being comfortable and modern, the hotel is run by an extremely friendly couple.I highly recommend it to escape the lively activity that reigns in Naxos itself.

Words are not enough to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Xerolithos! The place is STUNNING. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet in Naxos, Andreas and Mary are the epitome of Greek hospitality and they accommodated every request we had. The Villa is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and invites you to connect with the land but still spoil yourself and relax. There’s quality in beddings and towels, and the breakfast is served fresh at your own preferred time. The landscape is ideal to switch off your mind, yet you are close to everything, if you want to visit the city and the surrounding villages. It is a real GEM. We wish we can stay here all summer!!! Can’t wait to be back!

Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. Mary and her husband Andreas are really great people who have a PERFECT place to stay. It was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at – thank you so much! The place is sparkling clean, as if you were the first guest to enter it. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. A beautiful terrace completes the whole package with a hot tub – overlooking the starry sky. No corners were cut here, and you can tell. Everything is of very high quality! We wish Mary and Andreas all the best for the future and thank them again for their hospitality and helpfulness.There is no other accommodation for us on Naxos.
