Extended for another two nights. We loved it so much.Thank you Andreas and Mary. So grateful for staying at your little paradise, all the good tips and hospitality. Everything what we were looking for we found at Xerolithos. The location, the nature, the views, the rooms. We couldn't imagine a better place for our holiday in Naxos.

This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos. Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. Andreas and Maria are wonderful. The property is in a quiet location and only 15 mins from town. A car is necessary but its worth staying at a location like this to explore the real Naxian Greek villages. The property is new, clean, and beautifully decorated as traditional sugar cube greek island cottage.The hot tub was refreshing after a long day of exploring.The patio was perfect for coffee and snacks. The units have a small fridge ideal for drinks and sandwiches to enjoy on the patio.

very clean, they clean everyday and bring new towels. big spaces nicely decorated. ideally they could have breakfast but the owners offered us a variety of local products each day.

Marys and Andreas place is outstanding, breathtaking and just wonderful! Best Airbnb I’ve ever had! We had such a lovely welcome and they showed us their beautiful garden, which smells amazing. They also gave us the best food recommendation and for surroundings. Honestly it felt like family :) The place looks even better as on the pictures and everything is perfect like out of a magazine. The view on the mountains is amazing and sitting in the jacuzzi with this view or at night and looking to the stars is breathtaking. I’m still overwhelmed about this experience because our stay and the island was so perfect!

Wonderful welcoming hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was just as advertised (unlike some places we have stayed). Very clean, very classy and a great central location to explore the island from. Amazing views from every direction. The private jacuzzi was perfect and hit the spot after a long day of hiking around.

Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. The property was amazing, nestled in the mountains with just pure silence and making your experience there totally stress free!!!! Waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and at night a magnificent sunset, when you arrive Maria and her husband Andreas greet you with open arms and smiles that will make you feel right at home immediately!!!!!!   Such lovely hosts! You feel like being with family! Very kids friendly as well. The property is very well designed, amazing herbal garden and the place indoors is just perfectly made! It feels much bigger that in the pictures and every detail is just very thought through! The bed and sheets are one of the must comfortable we ever experienced and the entire place is stunningly clean!Enjoy the breakfast offer: it ist just amazing to sit outside with a great panoramic view to the mountains and morning sun with fresh baked things from the local bakery and a lovely set table.Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!
